We had a fantastic night at the Dale v Solihull Moors match on Tuesday 23rd September with some of our ex-players recounting memories of their time at the Club to supporters at hospitality using the 1907 Lounge prior to kick off-many thanks to Martin Culshaw for the question & answer session, great research.
Also, great for Siobhan McElhinney and Keith Hicks to meet up with old friends including the Mayor of Rochdale, Janet Emsley, from their time running the Community Trust plus Luke Matheson, who worked with Siobhan at under 8’s/9’s at the Club’s Academy on his career pathway in professional football.
There was a very pleasing reception for the lads on the parade round the pitch at half time from the supporters, lovely to be appreciated and many thanks to David Dockerty for pushing this forward.
And all finished off with a brilliant result-what a good evening!!!!!
